Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Blackpeak CFO™ is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including:
- Visual impairments (blindness, low vision, color blindness)
- Hearing impairments
- Motor impairments
- Cognitive and learning disabilities
What We've Done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Alt text for all meaningful images
- Sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the site
- Keyboard-navigable interactive elements
- ARIA labels on buttons, navigation, and form controls
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels
- Focus indicators for keyboard navigation
- Descriptive link text (no "click here" links)
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some content may have limitations:
- Sample reports: Our interactive Reveal.js report presentations are optimized for visual presentation. We are working to provide alternative accessible formats (PDF download, plain text summaries) for screen reader users.
- Charts and graphs: Chart.js visualizations in sample reports include data labels where possible, but complex charts may not be fully accessible to screen readers. Underlying data is available in tabular format within the reports.
- Third-party content: Embedded content from third parties (Cal.com scheduling widget) may not meet the same accessibility standards. We choose third-party tools that prioritize accessibility.

This accessibility statement is provided in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and applicable state accessibility laws. We recognize that website accessibility is an ongoing effort and commit to regular review and improvement of our digital properties.
